	Bill Bentz lives by the philosophy of always giving more that what is expected. Being motivated, trustworthy, and accountable are character traits that have led to his business and personal success. A native Floridian, born in Miami Beach and reared in Ft. Lauderdale, Bill has been building homes since 1978. Fresh out of college with a degree from Florida State University, Bill purchased a lot and built his first house in Bradenton, Florida. He literally hired the subcontractors from the yellow pages. During Bill’s eleven years in the Sarasota/Bradenton area he built 116 homes, most of which he designed himself. He became known for the numerous homes he designed and built that became landmarks in various West Coast communities. Many of the subcontractors from that original house remained loyal to him during those 11 years. The philosophy of creating a team of loyal subcontractors is the philosophy that Bill still builds by today.
