Project 1 Project 2 Project 3 Bamboo Flats - Townhouses          Project 5 Project 6	Originally being from the Miami Beach/ Ft. Lauderdale area, Bill felt the urge to move back to his roots. In 1989 he decided to finish the last of the homes he had under construction and investigate the possibilities of moving back to the East Coast. Understanding the significant difference between the two coasts, Bill decided to seek employment with an established construction company in order to gain the knowledge needed for East Coast construction. In November of 1989 Bill started working for Miller Construction Company, a well known and highly respected commercial construction firm located in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale. He worked in the commercial remodeling division for two years. It became obvious to Tom Miller, President of Miller Construction Company, that there were opportunities for an upper end residential builder in the Ft. Lauderdale waterfront communities. Since Bill's passion had always been residential construction, it was decided that Bill would develop a Custom Home Division for Miller Construction Company. Bill became its first General Manager and Supervisor. During the next four years Bill negotiated and managed some of the largest and most luxurious waterfront projects contracted with Miller Construction Company.
