We are fiscally responsible to you. We open a checkbook for your job and your job alone. All subcontractors and suppliers are paid from that account. There is no co-mingling of funds. At any time you can monitor the bank balance and we have a very easy to understand budget that can be furnished to you weekly, monthly, or at your request. Every cost category is coded specifically for your job according to your specific contract. We can furnish you with any report showing any combination of cost categories that might be of interest to you
